I began my degree with a focus on live music photography and spent the best part of a year working with local ska band The Goldmaster Allstars and various other bands. I had the time of my life however I knew that the music industry was not for me.
During my second year I rekindled my life-long love for aviation and started to specialise in aviation photography. Through being behind the scenes I realised that flight operations was the perfect route for me - it was the challenge I was yearning for and I knew I would love the logistics of it all.
I decided to continue with my degree because I was very good at it, and I felt that having a degree regardless of subject would help me to achieve my chosen career. I started to work towards building a CV which conveyed a genuine interest in aviation through continuing to work with aviation organisations. This blog is documentation of the final year of my degree.
